The invention discloses a water valve fault processing method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that the locked-rotor state of a water valve is determined according to the current valve opening degree and the target valve opening degree of the water valve; when the water valve is locked, locked-rotor fault processing is carried out according to the currentvalve opening degree and the target valve opening degree; and the locked-rotor state of the water valve is determined again, and if the locked-rotor state of the water valve is not changed, locked-rotor fault processing is conducted again till the locked-rotor state of the water valve is changed or the locked-rotor fault processing frequency is equal to the preset maximum processing frequency. Theproblem that in the actual use process of the electric control two-way water valve, the water valve cannot normally operate due to impurities or other foreign matter in cooling liquid, and consequently a motor fails due to overheating is solved, locked-rotor faults of the water valve can be found in time, locked-rotor fault processing is conducted for a certain number of times, normal work of thewater valve is attempted to be recovered, and overheating failure of the motor caused by long-time treatment of locked-rotor of the water valve is avoided.
本发明公开了一种水阀故障处理方法、装置、车辆及存储介质。该方法包括:根据水阀阀门的当前阀门开度和目标阀门开度,确定水阀堵转状态;当水阀堵转时,根据所述当前阀门开度和所述目标阀门开度进行堵转故障处理;重新确定所述水阀堵转状态,如果所述水阀堵转状态未改变,返回进行堵转故障处理,直至水阀堵转状态改变或堵转故障处理次数等于预设最大处理次数。本发明解决了电控两通水阀在实际使用过程中,因为冷却液中的杂质或者其他异物引起水阀无法正常运转,引起电机过热失效的问题,实现了可以及时发现水阀堵转故障,并进行一定次数的堵转故障处理,在尝试恢复水阀正常工作的同时,避免长时间处理水阀堵转造成电机过热失效的效果。
