When the mounting structure is used, the two sides of a lithium battery can be fixed through the two limiting plates, meanwhile, vibration of the lithium battery in the vehicle moving process is reduced through the spring pairs, it is guaranteed that the lithium battery is not collided, and then the lithium battery can be vertically and horizontally fixed through limiting blocks and abutting plates; and meanwhile, heat generated by the lithium battery can be absorbed through a water pipe, so that the service life ofthe lithium battery is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种电动汽车用锂电池组的安装结构,包括固定座,固定座上侧固定连接有水平放置的U型固定板,U型固定板内设有两个对称设置的限位板,两个限位板一侧通过若干弹簧与U型固定板固定连接,两个限位板相对的一侧面上均设有竖直限位组件,固定座下侧固定连接有箱体,箱体一侧设有散热组件。本发明在使用时,该装置通过两个限位板可以对锂电池进行两侧的固定作用,同时通过弹簧对起到对锂电池在车子移动过程中的震动降低,保证锂电池不会受到碰撞作用,再利用限位块与抵板可以对锂电池进行竖直与水平的固定作用,同时通过通水管可以对锂电池产生的热量进行吸收,保证了锂电池的使用寿命。
