The method comprises the steps: judging whether a hydrogenation condition ismet or not through target equipment after a hydrogenation instruction is obtained, enabling the hydrogenation instruction to be generated through triggering a hydrogenation key arranged in a preset region in a vehicle, and enabling the preset region to be an in-vehicle mistaken-touch-free region, wherein the target equipment includes a vehicle control unit and a hydrogen system controller; if so,executing a first operation, wherein the first operation includes the execution of the hydrogenation instruction; and if not, executing a second operation, wherein the second operation includes the steps of outputting prompt information to the user, and the prompt information is used for prompting the user to terminate the hydrogenation operation. In the scheme, the number of equipment participating in the hydrogenation control process can be reduced so that the control process is simplified. And meanwhile, when the target equipment judges that the hydrogenation condition is not met, the second operation can be executed to prompt the user to stop a hydrogenation behavior at present so that the safety risk possibly caused by continuous hydrogenation of the user under the condition is avoided.
