The warm air core body comprises a heat exchange body and a shunting body, wherein an inflow heat exchange body and an outflow heat exchange body which are arranged at intervals in the front-back direction are formed in the heat exchange body, and a plurality of heat exchange channels which are arranged at intervals in the front-back direction are formed in the inflow heat exchange body and the outflow heat exchange body; the left ends of the plurality of heat exchange channels of the inflow heat exchange body and the outflow heat exchange body communicate with each other, at least one of the inflow heat exchange body and the outflow heat exchange body is a shunting heat exchange body, the shunting body is arranged at the right end of the shunting heat exchange body, a shunting cavity is formed in the shunting body, and a plurality of communication ports are formed in the right side wall of the shunting cavity; and the left side wall of the shunting cavity is open so as to communicate with the plurality of heat exchange channels of theshunting heat exchange body, the plurality of communication ports are formed at intervals in the front-back direction, one or more of the plurality of communication ports can be selectively switched to communicate with an external pipeline, and therefore the situation that heat dissipation is excessively concentrated in the center of the warm air core body, and consequently the temperature is uneven is avoided.
本发明公开一种暖风芯体、汽车空调系统及其控制方法,暖风芯体包括换热体和分流体,换热体形成有前后向间隔设置的入流换热体以及出流换热体,入流换热体以及出流换热体内均形成有前后向间隔设置的多个换热通道,入流换热体以及出流换热体的多个换热通道的左端相互连通,入流换热体以及出流换热体至少其中之一为分流换热体,分流体设于分流换热体的右端,分流体内形成有分流腔,分流腔的右侧壁形成有多个连通口,分流腔的左侧壁呈开口设置以连通于分流换热体的多个换热通道,多个连通口沿前后向间隔设置,可选择切换多个连通口中的一个或者多个连通至外界管路,如此避免散热过于集中在暖风芯体中心,导致温度不均匀。
