The upper layer plate and the lower layer plate which are made of the CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer) have better strength and rigidity and remarkable light weight effect, and the honeycomb structure between the upper layer plate and thelower layer plate greatly reduces the overall weight of the chassis on the premise of ensuring that the chassis has a better supporting effect. By means of the arrangement, compared with a traditional new energy automobile chassis, the weight of the light-weight new energy automobile chassis is lighter, so that the cruising ability of a new energy automobile can be greatly improved.
本发明提供了一种新能源汽车轻量化底盘及新能源汽车,包括上层板、下层板以及设置于上层板和下层板之间的蜂窝结构,上层板和下层板均为CFRP板,蜂窝结构包括若干个空心的支撑筒,各个支撑筒均一端与下层板相抵、另一端与上层板相抵。由CFRP(Carbon Fibre‑reinforced Polymer,碳纤维增强基复合材料)制成的上层板和下层板具有较好的强度和刚性,轻量化效果显著,上层板和下层板之间的蜂窝结构在保证底盘具有较好的支撑效果前提下,极大地减轻了底盘的整体重量。如此设置,相对于传统的新能源汽车底盘,轻量化新能源汽车底的重量更轻,从而可以使新能源汽车的续航能力大幅度增加。
