The invention provides a spacing-adjustable multi-lifting-point self-balancing lifting device which comprises a lifting device, a sliding U-shaped frame and a movable lifting hook; the lifting deviceis used for driving the sliding U-shaped frame to ascend or descend in the vertical direction, and the movable lifting hook is connected to the lower surface of the bottom edge of the sliding U-shapedframe in a sliding mode; and when materials with uneven mass distribution or deviated gravity center are hoisted, the sliding U-shaped frame can incline to a certain degree so as to keep balance. According to the spacing-adjustable multi-lifting-point self-balancing lifting device, a single electric hoist can achieve multi-lifting-point balance lifting, or make up for the difference of the rotating speed, the response time and the like of the double electric hoists, the lifting device can ascend and descend synchronously, the gravity center deviation of the lifting device and materials can bemeasured, corresponding adjustment is conducted, and lifting balance of the materials is kept.

    本发明提供了一种间距可调多吊点自平衡的起吊装置,包括:升降装置、滑动U形框架、可移动吊钩;所述升降装置用于带动所述滑动U形框架沿着竖直方向升高或者降低,所述可移动吊钩滑动连接在所述滑动U形框架的底边下表面;当起吊质量分布不均匀或重心偏离的物料时,所述滑动U形框架会产生一定程度的倾斜以保持平衡。上述的间距可调多吊点自平衡的起吊装置,使单电葫芦能实现多吊点平衡起吊,或者弥补双电葫芦转速、响应时间等差异,使起吊装置能够同步升降,且能够测量起吊装置和物料的重心偏差,并进行相应的调整,保持物料升降平衡。
