The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, and in particular, relates to a rescue unmanned aerial vehicle which comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body, a containing bag and a parachute assembly; a connecting cylinder is mounted at the bottom of the unmanned aerial vehicle body, and an inlet is formed in the side wall of the connecting cylinder; the containing bagis mounted on the connecting cylinder, a bag opening of the containing bag is fixedly connected to the edge of the bottom of the connecting cylinder, the bottom of the containing bag is connected withan elastic cushion, and a sensor is mounted at the bottom of the elastic cushion; and the parachute assembly is mounted at the top of the unmanned aerial vehicle body, and a pull rope is arranged inthe parachute assembly and penetrates through the unmanned aerial vehicle body to extend into the containing bag. A trapped person jumps into the containing bag from an inlet of the connecting cylinder, the pull rope is pulled while the trapped person jumps into the containing bag so that the parachute assembly is unfolded, and under driving of the parachute assembly, the unmanned aerial vehicle body is controlled to carry the trapped person to stably land to a safe area. The unmanned aerial vehicle body falls down, so that the containing bag contracts, the trapped person can move out of the containing bag from the inlet of the connecting cylinder, and the trapped person is rescued.
