The invention discloses an intelligent mobile escalator control system based on stairs. The system comprises a carrying platform balance control system, an operation control module and remote wirelesscalling systems, wherein the carrying platform balance control system is used for controlling a posture adjusting mechanism to act to adjust the posture angle and the gravity center of a carrying platform; the operation control module is used for calculating to form a stair climbing motion path of each floor, and position information of each floor is formulated according to the stair climbing motion path, so that a stair climbing device can go upstairs and downstairs according to the corresponding floor reaching path after a user inputs floor reaching information on a floor input panel in theoperation control module; and after the remote wireless calling system arranged on each floor calls and responds to a certain calling request, a calling stair-climbing motion path is automatically calculated and generated according to the current position and the position information of the stop of the floor where a calling device is located, a motor driving module is controlled to work accordingto the calling stair climbing motion path to enable the stair climbing device to operate to climb stairs, so that the purpose is achieved, and the automatic carrying moving platform is controlled togo upstairs and downstairs by means of stairs.

    本发明所公开的一种基于楼梯的智能移动扶梯控制系统,包括载物平台平衡控制系统,以控制姿态调整机构动作将载物平台的姿态角度及重心进行调整;运行控制模块,计算形成每一个楼层的爬楼运动路径,根据爬楼运动路径制定出各楼层的位置信息,以供用户在运行控制模块中的楼层输入面板上输入到达楼层信息后楼梯攀爬装置可根据相应的到达楼层的路径进行上下楼梯;设置于各楼层上的远程无线呼叫系统,呼叫并响应某个呼叫请求后,会根据当前位置及呼叫器所在楼层停靠站位置信息,自动计算生成一个呼叫爬楼运动路径,根据呼叫爬楼运动路径控制电机驱动模块工作使楼梯攀爬装置运行进行爬楼而达到目的,以借助楼梯进行控制自动载物移动平台进行上下楼梯。
