The invention discloses a helicopter rotor blade. A blade handle sequentially comprises a cylinder with a large diameter, a circular truncated cone with a small diameter, a cylinder with a minimum diameter, a circular truncated cone with a large diameter, a transition arc surface and a cylinder with a maximum diameter from the head. An external thread and a key groove at one end part are arrangedon the cylinder with a larger diameter at the head part, and a conical groove is formed in the center of the other end surface; a foam core and a blade body of the paddle have the same bending shape,the blade handle end is provided with a conical end head, and the front edge end is provided with a tip part with a V-shaped section; the conical end of the foam core is inserted into the conical groove of the petiole; a carbon beam is located at the front edge of the blade body, and the end, away from the front edge, of the carbon beam is a groove with a V-shaped section; the rear edge strip is positioned at the rear edge part of the blade body and is a thin carbon fiber belt formed by paving a plurality of layers of carbon fiber prepreg cloth at the rear edge end of the foam core; and skin wraps all the other parts except the threaded part of the blade handle. The blade is small in diameter, high in strength and light in weight, particularly, the strength of the front edge part is very high, and the requirement of a helicopter is completely met.
本发明公开了一种直升机旋翼桨叶,叶柄从头部开始依次是直径较大的圆柱、直径变小的圆台、直径最小的圆柱、直径变大的圆台、过渡弧面和最大直径的圆柱;头部较大直径的圆柱上有外螺纹和一端部的键槽,另一端端面中心开锥形槽;泡沫芯与桨叶叶身弯曲形状相同,其叶柄端有锥形端头,其前缘端有截面为V型的尖部;泡沫芯的锥形端头插接在叶柄锥形槽内;碳梁位于桨叶叶身的前缘部位,其远离前缘的一端为截面为V型的槽;后缘条位于桨叶叶身的后缘部位,是由多层碳纤维预浸布在泡沫芯后缘端铺装制成的薄碳纤维带;蒙皮包裹在除叶柄螺纹部分的其它所有部分。本发明桨叶直径小,强度高,重量轻,尤其是前缘部分的强度非常高,完全达到直升机的要求。
