The invention provides industrial carrying equipment based on machine vision, and relates to the technical field of carrying equipment. The industrial carrying equipment comprises a base, two universal wheels are fixedly connected to the bottom of the base, a push rod is fixedly connected to the two sides of the base, a feeding mechanism is arranged at the top of the base, and a fixing mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the feeding mechanism. According to the industrial conveying equipment, when industrial materials need to be conveyed, the equipment is moved to a loading point, and when afeeding plate is flush with the bottoms of the industrial materials, an external power source of a direct-current motor is turned on, so that a connecting block moves towards the industrial materials, the industrial materials are conveyed to the conveying equipment along with movement of the feeding plate, elasticity generated by a reset spring enables the feeding plate to reset after the industrial materials enter the equipment, thus the industrial materials can be clamped by the feeding plate, and therefore the effects that the industrial materials are conveniently conveyed to the carryingequipment instead of being manually carried by workers, and time and labor are both saved are achieved.

    本发明提供一种基于机器视觉用工业搬运设备,涉及搬运设备技术领域,包括底座,底座的底部固定连接有两个万向轮,所述底座的两侧固定连接有推杆,底座的顶部设置有进料机构,进料机构的底部设置有固定机构。本发明中,当需要搬运工业材料时,将设备移到装料点,当进料板和工业材料的底部平齐时,打开直流电机的外部电源,使得连接块向工业材料方向移动,工业材料随着进料板的移动,从而运输到搬运设备上,复位弹簧产生的弹力,使得工业材料进入设备内部之后,将进料板复位,可以使得进料板将工业材料卡住,从而达到工业材料在运输到搬运设备时方便,不用工作人员动手搬动,省时省力的效果。
