According to the traffic condition determination method and device, the electronic equipment and the storage medium provided by the invention, the electronic equipment acquires the driving occupancy of each road segment pre-divided in a target area, and matches the driving occupancy with at least one preset parameter range; as the different first parameter ranges are configured with the corresponding traffic conditions, the traffic conditions of the road section can be determined; and moreover, whether a vehicle passes through the intersection or not can be determined only by a small amount ofcalculation, so that the traffic condition of the road section can be quickly detected.
