The invention discloses a control method and device for a high-voltage distribution box of an electric vehicle and the electric vehicle. The method comprises the following steps of generating an upperbus voltage by using a pre-charging loop; and comparing the voltage of the upper bus with the voltage of the power battery, and controlling upper high-voltage power distribution according to a comparison result. According to the method, technical problems in the prior art that in order to ensure the safety of top-mounted high-voltage power utilization, a contactor is usually added to a high-voltage power distribution loop to control top-mounted high-voltage power distribution, however, the contactor charges a capacitive load of a top-mounted motor at the moment of closing, and the current islikely to be too large, so the contactor is likely to be ablated are solved.
