The invention provides a front road information-based heavy commercial vehicle hybrid power energy management method. The method comprises the following steps of acquiring the road position information, the gradient information and length information in front of a vehicle by using a high-precision map, and establishing a road gradient prediction model to obtain a predicted road gradient in front of the vehicle; common driving speeds of heavy commercial vehicles with the same vehicle type and similar loads in all sections of national expressways being collected through big data, a vehicle speedprediction model being established, and the predicted vehicle speed being obtained; and calculating the power demand of the vehicle in a period of time in the future by utilizing the predicted vehicle speed and the road gradient, and obtaining the optimal power distribution among all parts of the hybrid power system and the torque and the rotating speed of all the parts by utilizing a dynamic programming algorithm according to the power demand. According to the method, a problem that a transmission dynamic planning algorithm cannot predict future working conditions is solved, accurate planning of future power distribution can be achieved, and then the fuel economy of the hybrid power heavy commercial vehicle is improved.

    本发明提出一种基于前方道路信息的重型商用车混合动力能量管理方法,利用高精度地图获取车辆前方的道路位置信息、坡度信息和长度信息,建立道路坡度预测模型,得到车辆前方预测道路坡度。利用大数据采集相同车型、相近载重的重型商用车在全国高速公路各段的常用行驶速度,建立车辆车速预测模型,得到车辆预测车速。利用预测得到的车速与道路坡度计算车辆未来一段时间内的功率需求,根据功率需求利用动态规划算法得到混合动力系统各部件之间的最优功率分配及各部件的转矩与转速。此方法解决了传动动态规划算法无法预知未来工况的问题,能够实现对于未来功率分配的精确规划,进而提升混合动力重型商用车的燃油经济性。
