The invention discloses a high-strength automobile cab rear suspension device which comprises a rear suspension automobile body connecting support, a rear suspension lower support and a rubber buffershock insulation block. A connecting piece is arranged at the top end of the rear suspension automobile body connecting support; a connecting piece comprises two vertical plates which are oppositely arranged and a cross rod; and the lower end of each vertical plate is welded and fixed to the top end surface of the rear suspension automobile body connecting support, the rear suspension automobile body connecting support and each vertical plate are both steel works, and each piece of steel work is prepared from, by weight, 0.25-0.5% of C, 0.1-0.2% of Mn, 0.05-0.1% of Ti, 0.35-0.45% of Si, 0.1-0.3% of Cr, 0.1-0.3% of Mo, P less than or equal to 0.02%, S less than or equal to 0.015%, and the balance of iron and inevitable impurities. According to the high-strength automobile cab rear suspension device, on the basis that an overall mechanical property of steel works is guaranteed, the welding performance of the steel works is greatly improved, the welding strength of the vertical plate andthe rear suspension automobile body connecting support is guaranteed, then the overall structural strength of the cab rear suspension device is improved, the use safety is guaranteed, and the servicelife is prolonged.

    本发明公开了高强度汽车驾驶室后悬置装置,包括后悬车身连接支架、后悬下支架以及橡胶缓冲隔震块;所述后悬车身连接支架的顶端设置有连接件;所述连接件包括相对设置的两个竖直板以及横杆;所述竖直板的下端焊接固定在后悬车身连接支架的顶端面上,所述后悬车身连接支架和竖直板都为钢制件,且所述钢制件包括以下重量百分比成分制成:C0.25‑0.5%、Mn0.1‑0.2%、Ti0.05‑0.1%、Si0.35‑0.45%、Cr0.1‑0.3%、Mo0.1‑0.3%、P≤0.02%、S≤0.015%,余量为铁和不可避免的杂质。本发明的高强度汽车驾驶室后悬置装置,在保证钢制件整体力学性能的基础上,大大提高了钢制件的焊接性能,保证竖直板和后悬车身连接支架焊接强度,进而提高驾驶室后悬置装置整体结构强度,保证使用安全性,提高使用寿命。
