The invention discloses an unmanned double-propeller ship propulsion controller suitable for a brushless direct current motor. The controller comprises a control module taking a DSP (Digital Signal Processor) as a core, wherein the control module taking the DSP as the core is respectively connected with an optocoupler isolation module, a detection module and a communication module; the optocouplerisolation module isolates a control signal between the control module taking the DSP as the core and the driving module, the control module performs power amplification on a PWM signal and then is connected to the three-phase full-bridge inversion module, and the three-phase full-bridge inversion module receives the driving signal of the driving module and controls the brushless direct current motor; the detection module is connected with the motor assembly and used for position detection, rotating speed detection and bus current and motor phase current detection; the communication module performs information interaction with the unmanned ship controller; and the power supply module supplies power to other modules. According to the controller, reliability and the anti-interference capability of the motor controller are improved, and the cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种适用于无刷直流电机的无人双桨船推进控制器,包括以DSP为核心的控制模块,所述以DSP为核心的控制模块分别与光耦隔离模块、检测模块和通信模块相连接,所述光耦隔离模块隔离所述以DSP为核心的控制模块和驱动模块间的控制信号,所述控制模块对PWM信号进行功率放大,再连接到三相全桥逆变模块,所述三相全桥逆变模块接收所述驱动模块的驱动信号,对无刷直流电机进行控制;所述检测模块与电机组件相连接,用于位置检测、转速检测,对母线电流和电机相电流检测;所述通信模块与无人船控制器进行信息交互;由电源模块为其他各模块提供电源供应。本发明提高了电机控制器的可靠性,抗干扰能力,并降低了成本。
