The invention discloses a printing machine drying room with a mesh belt deviation correcting device. The drying room comprises a base, a bin body is installed at the top of the base, air heaters are symmetrically installed at the two ends of the top of the bin body, cloth inlets and outlets are formed at the middle positions of the two sides of the bin body, and sliding grooves are formed at the inner top ends and the inner bottom ends of the cloth inlets and outlets; and threaded holes are evenly formed at the inner sides of the sliding grooves, cloth guide assemblies matched with the slidinggrooves are arranged at the inner sides of the sliding grooves, and locking bolts are arranged on the cloth guide assemblies. The printing machine drying room is provided with a pneumatic cylinder and a deviation rectifying roller, two parallel pattern guide rollers clamp mesh belts in a crossed manner to achieve balanced operation, tension and stability of friction force between the pattern surface and the mesh belts are increased, reciprocating push and pull are conducted through electric control over air cylinder connecting rod transmission, and the tightness and tension of the lower meshbelt are adjusted in a reciprocating manner; and accordingly, weft straightening and deviation rectifying are conducted on the mesh belts in due time, and the situation that deviation occurs in the drying process, and consequently automatic drying cannot be conducted is avoided through cloth guiding.

    本发明公开了一种带有网带纠偏装置的印花机烘房,包括底座,所述底座的顶部安装有仓体,且仓体顶部的两端对称安装有热风机,所述仓体两侧的中间位置处皆开设有布材进出口,且布材进出口的内顶端与内底端皆开设有滑动槽,所述滑动槽的内侧皆均匀开设有螺纹孔,且滑动槽内侧皆设置有与其相适合的导布组件,所述导布组件上皆设置有锁紧螺栓。本发明安装有气压缸与纠偏辊,花纹导辊平行二根把网带交叉夹住平衡运行,花纹表面增加和网带的摩擦力增加张力及稳定性,并通过电气控制气缸连杆传动,进行往复推拉,对下网带的松紧度与张力进行往复调节,从而实现适时对网带进行整纬纠偏,导布避免烘干过程中发生偏斜,影响自动化烘不的进行。
