The invention discloses a tower crane boom which comprises a rotary disc platform, a tower head detachably and fixedly connected to the upper end of a rotary disc, a balance weight arm and a cargo boom. The balance weight arm and the cargo boom are detachably and fixedly connected to the two sides of the rotary disc platform, a main variable-amplitude trolley is hung at the lower end of the cargoboom, the balance weight arm is of a truss structure composed of a plurality of upper chords, side rods, lower web rods and lower chords, the balance weight arm is connected with the upper end of thetower head in a pulling mode through the upper chords and a plurality of pull rods or inhaul cables, a balance weight train track is arranged in the truss structure, a balance weight train composed ofa plurality of balance weight trolleys connected end to end is arranged on the balance weight train track, and a secondary variable-amplitude trolley is hung at the lower end of the truss structure.The invention further discloses a working method of the tower crane boom. The torque difference value of the balance weight arm and the cargo boom can be controlled within the preset numerical value range +/-a through front-back movement of the balance weight train. The tower crane boom has the advantages of being low in cost, convenient to construct, small in bending moment borne by a tower body,beneficial to stress of a tower crane structure and a tower crane foundation, convenient to use and high in working efficiency.

    本发明公开了一种塔吊臂架,包括回转盘平台、可拆卸式固定连接于回转盘上端的塔头和可拆卸式固定连接于回转盘平台两侧的配重臂和起重臂,起重臂下端吊挂有主变幅小车,配重臂为由数量若干上弦杆、侧杆、下腹杆和下弦杆组成的桁架结构,配重臂通过上弦杆和若干拉杆或拉索与塔头上端拉结连接,桁架结构内设有配重列车轨道,配重列车轨道上设有多个首尾相连配重小车组成的配重列车,桁架结构下端吊挂有次变幅小车;本发明还公开了一种塔吊臂架的工作方法,配重臂和起重臂的力矩差值可通过配重列车前后移动控制在预设数值范围±a内;本发明具有成本低、施工方便、塔身承受弯矩小、有利于塔吊结构和塔吊基础的受力、使用方便、工作效率高的优点。
