The invention discloses a large-span pipe truss hoisting construction method. The method includes the steps that roof trusses are assembled on the assembly axis of an assembly platform, the roof trussclosest to the installation axis in the first batch of assembled roof trusses is the n

    line roof truss, the total truss number of the roof trusses is n-1, and n is a natural number; an n linestand column is installed at the installation axis of the assembly platform; the n line roof truss on the assembly axis is transported to an n axis position, and the roof truss is transportedthrough two crawler-type cranes which synchronously run at the same speed and reversely run; the n line roof truss is lifted to the n line stand column, the n line roof truss is installedon the n line stand column, and the roof truss is hoisted through the crawler-type cranes; and the two crawler-type cranes penetrate through the roof truss and return to an n-1 line roof truss, and the installation process of the n line roof truss is repeated until the installation of a second line roof truss is completed. The two cranes simultaneously, synchronously, horizontally andreversely transport and hoist at the same speed, so that the requirement of short-term efficient construction of a large-span pipe truss roof truss is met, the construction period is shortened, and the efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种大跨度管桁架吊装施工方法,包括:在组装平台的组装轴线上组装屋架,第一批组装的屋架中最靠近安装轴线的屋架为第n线屋架,屋架的总榀数为n‑1,n为自然数;在组装平台的安装轴线处安装第n线立柱;将组装轴线上的第n线屋架运输至第n轴线位置,屋架通过两台同步、同速、逆向行驶的履带式起重吊运输;将第n线屋架抬升至第n线立柱至上,将第n线屋架于安装于第n线立柱,屋架通过履带式起重吊吊装;两台履带式起重吊穿越屋架返回至第n‑1线屋架,重复第n线屋架的安装过程,直至完成第2线屋架安装。双机同时、同速、同步水平逆向运输吊装,满足了大跨度管桁架屋架短期高效施工的要求,节约了工期,提高了效率。
