The invention discloses a hoisting device capable of achieving automatic weight limiting. The hoisting device comprises a box body, a lifting cavity is formed in the box body, a lifting groove is formed in the left side wall of the lifting cavity in a penetrating mode, a lifting block is arranged in the lifting groove in a sliding mode, the right end of the lifting block is in sliding connection with the right side wall of the lifting cavity, and the left end of the lifting block is located on the left side of the box body. A sliding cavity with a downward opening is formed in the lower end ofthe lifting block, the sliding cavity is located in the left side of the box body, a sliding block is arranged in the sliding cavity in a sliding mode, and the lower end of the sliding block is located at the lower end of the lifting block. The hoisting device can automatically stop working when hoisting or carrying overweight objects, and therefore it is avoided that the hoisting device works inthe overload state. The problem that deviation occurs when a worker estimates the weight of an object is solved, the safety of hoisting or carrying work is guaranteed, long-term normal work of the device is guaranteed, and the service life is prolonged.
