The invention discloses a foldable air floatation gravity compensation device suitable for an epoxy self-leveling ground, and relates to the technical field of testing devices, the foldable air floatation gravity compensation device comprises a main air bag assembly, an auxiliary air bag assembly, a straightening device and an adjusting assembly; the main air bag assembly comprises a main air bag and a connecting disc, the auxiliary air bag assembly comprises a folding and unfolding mechanism and an auxiliary air bag, the straightening device comprises a spherical hinge column, a disc spring and a boss, and the adjusting assembly comprises a linear electric cylinder and a force sensor. The force sensor is located on the linear electric cylinder, the spherical hinge column is sleeved with a disc spring, and a boss is arranged above the disc spring. The upper portion of the straightening device is connected with the linear electric cylinder, the lower portion of the straightening device is connected with the main air bag assembly, and the auxiliary air bag assembly is connected with the straightening device and the main air bag assembly. An air film is formed on the epoxy self-leveling ground through the main air bag, the ground adaptability and stability of the air bag can be enhanced, the folding and unfolding of the mechanism are flexibly achieved, and the structural space is saved.

    本发明公开了一种适用于环氧自流平地面的可收展式气浮重力补偿装置,涉及测试装置技术领域,包括主气囊组件、辅助气囊组件、调直装置、调整组件;主气囊组件包括主气囊、连接圆盘,辅助气囊组件包括折展机构、辅助气囊,调直装置包括球铰柱、碟簧、凸台,调整组件包括直线式电缸、力传感器;力传感器位于直线式电缸之上,球铰柱上套有碟簧,碟簧的上方设置有凸台;调直装置的上部与直线式电缸相连,调直装置的下部与主气囊组件相连,辅助气囊组件与调直装置、主气囊组件相连。本发明利用主气囊在环氧自流平地面形成气膜,能够增强气囊的地面适应性和稳定性,灵活实现机构的的收拢与展开,节省结构空间。
