The invention discloses a wind-solar complementary mobile energy storage vehicle and a seamless switching control method thereof. The wind-solar complementary mobile energy storage vehicle comprises a carriage (1) and a vehicle head (2) for dragging the carriage (1), wherein an electrical cabinet (3) is arranged in the carriage (1), a plurality of quick plugging interfaces (3.1) are formed in the side wall of the carriage (1), and an outgoing line of a storage battery in the electrical cabinet (3) is communicated with the quick plugging interfaces (3.1); a plurality of sets of wind driven generators (4) are vertically arranged on the outer wall of the top of the vehicle head (2), two sets of solar power generation assemblies (5) are arranged on the outer wall of the top of the carriage (1), and power output lines of the wind driven generators (4) and power output lines of the solar cell panels (5.3) are connected to a storage battery in the electrical cabinet (3). According to the wind-solar complementary mobile energy storage vehicle and the seamless switching control method thereof, an energy storage mode is adopted for power supply, noise and tail gas pollution to a power supply place are avoided, meanwhile, switching is convenient and rapid, and original power can be maintained for effective power supply.
