The invention relates to a subminiature hoisting device, and belongs to the technical field of hoisting equipment. The subminiature hoisting device comprises a vehicle body, a walking device, a hoisting unit and a hoisting belt, wherein the vehicle body is mounted in a groove of a cart cross beam, the height value of the vehicle body is smaller than the groove depth of the groove, so that the hoisting device is hidden in the groove of the cart cross beam; the walking device is connected with the vehicle body and drives the vehicle body to move; the hoisting unit is mounted in the vehicle body; one end of a hoisting connecting piece is connected with an output shaft of the hoisting unit; and the other end of the hoisting connecting piece penetrates through the cart cross beam. According to the subminiature hoisting device provided by the invention, transverse movement of the hoisting device in the groove of the cart cross beam can be realized through the walking device, and up-and-down movement of a storage battery is realized through the hoisting unit and the hoisting connecting piece belt, so that the storage battery is hoisted to a specified position under the combined action of longitudinal movement of a cart, transverse movement of the hoisting device and up-and-down movement of the hoisting connecting piece. The operation process is simplified, and meanwhile, the labor intensity is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种超小型起吊装置,属于起吊设备技术领域,该起吊装置包括车体、行走装置、卷扬装置和吊带;车体安装于大车横梁的凹槽中,车体的高度值小于凹槽的槽深,从而使起吊装置隐藏在大车横梁的凹槽中;行走装置与车体连接并带动车体移动;卷扬装置安装于车体内;吊装连接件的一端与卷扬装置的输出轴连接,吊装连接件的另一端穿过大车横梁。本发明通过行走装置能够实现起吊装置在大车横梁的凹槽中横向移动,卷扬装置和吊装连接件带实现蓄电池的上下移动,从而在大车纵向移动、起吊装置横向移动、吊装连接件上下移动的共同作用下,将蓄电池吊装至指定位置。简化了操作过程,同时降低了劳动强度。
