A station monitoring device, a station monitoring method and a program are provided which enable an observer to easily recognize the area of a displayed composite video that should be monitored intensively. A video acquisition unit (62) acquires multiple videos representing the status of different monitoring targets. A monitoring priority determination unit (66) determines the monitoring priority of the videos on the basis of the status of the vehicle entering a platform associated with a video. A composite video generation unit (68) generates a composite video which is obtained by combining multiple videos and in which the monitoring priority is shown. A display control unit (74) causes the composite video to be displayed.
