The invention relates to the technical field of railway vehicle auxiliary equipment and discloses an anti-hardening sanding device. The device comprises a main body, wherein a bearing seat is fixedly mounted on the upper surface of the main body, a transmission rod is fixedly sleeved with the bearing seat, and a wind power impeller is fixedly mounted at the top end of the transmission rod; the lower end of the transmission rod penetrates through the upper end face of the main body and extends into an inner cavity of the sand box, the lower end of the transmission rod is fixedly connected with a stirrer, the stirrer is slidably mounted in the inner cavity of the sand box, and the stirrer is composed of a rotating ball body and a stirring rod. Through the arrangement of the stirrer, high-speed airflow generated in the advancing process of a train is used for driving the stirrer to stir sand in the sand box, sand blocks in the sand box are smashed, meanwhile, the rotating stirring rod and the coil assembly generate the eddy current effect, the stirring rod generates internal energy, and the temperature of the stirring rod is increased; and therefore, the wet sand in the sand box is dried, and the subsequent sanding operation can be smoothly carried out.

    本发明涉及轨道车辆辅助设备技术领域,且公开了一种防板结撒砂装置,包括主体,所述主体的上表面固定安装有轴承座,所述轴承座的内部固定套接有传动杆,所述传动杆的顶端固定安装有风力叶轮,所述传动杆的下端贯穿主体的上端面并伸进砂箱的内腔,所述传动杆的下端与搅拌器固定连接,所述搅拌器滑动安装在砂箱的内腔,所述搅拌器由转动球体与搅拌杆组成。本发明通过搅拌器的设置,通过利用列车行进过程中产生的高速气流带动搅拌器对砂箱中的砂子进行搅拌,使得其中的砂块被打碎,同时旋转的搅拌杆与线圈组产生涡流效应,使搅拌杆产生内能,令搅拌杆温度升高,从而对砂箱中的湿砂进行烘干处理,使后续的撒砂作业可以顺利进行。
