The invention discloses a safety detection valve. The safety detection valve comprises a liquid inlet port, a first liquid outlet port and a second liquid outlet port, and further comprises an electromagnetic locking valve and a pressure detection device, the electromagnetic locking valve is connected between the liquid inlet port and the first liquid outlet port and between the liquid inlet port and the second liquid outlet port, therefore, the first liquid outlet port and the second liquid outlet port can be switched to be in a cut-off state or a state of being connected with the liquid inlet port, and the pressure detection device is connected between the first liquid outlet port and the second liquid outlet port. Therefore, the liquid pressure of the first liquid outlet port and the liquid pressure of the second liquid outlet port can be detected. According to the safety detection valve, the pressure of a liquid outlet can be detected while the communication state of the liquid inlet port and the liquid outlet port is switched. In addition, the invention further discloses a floating control system and an aerial work platform.
