The invention discloses a freight train intelligent operation and maintenance management system which comprises a cloud operation and maintenance layer, a fog end operation and maintenance layer and an object end operation and maintenance layer and is an intelligent system with a three-level hierarchical structure. Wherein the cloud operation and maintenance layer summarizes operation and maintenance data of a subordinate structure to perform accurate reasoning, judgment and prediction, and the fog end operation and maintenance layer collects information collected by each functional section to the corresponding railway bureau intelligent operation and maintenance subsystem to complete summarization and standardization processing of trackside data base station data within jurisdiction of each railway bureau and coordination among professions. The object end operation and maintenance layer monitors running vehicle data in real time through a monitoring device and a sensor and summarizes the running vehicle data to the vehicle depot operation and maintenance subsystem. The intelligent operation and maintenance system has the beneficial effects that data intercommunication and sharing of links of equipment production, cargo transportation, maintenance, fault diagnosis and the like of the freight train and comprehensive coordination and cooperative operation and maintenance of departments are realized, the problem of information barriers among professions of the railway in the past is solved, and the integrally cooperative intelligent operation and maintenance system is constructed; the operation and maintenance efficiency of the freight train is improved.

    本发明公开了一种货运列车智能运维管理系统,包括云端运维层、雾端运维层、物端运维层,是一个三级递阶结构的智能系统;云端运维层将下级结构的运维数据汇总处理以进行准确推理、判断和预测,雾端运维层将各职能段采集信息汇集至对应铁路局智能运维子系统,完成对各铁路局所管辖内轨旁数据基站数据的汇总、标准化处理和各专业间的协调,物端运维层通过监测装置、传感器实时监测运行车辆数据并汇总至车辆段运维分系统。本发明的有益效果在于:实现了货运列车从设备生产、货物运输、维护保养、故障诊断等环节的数据互通共享以及各部门综合协调合作运维,解决以往铁路各专业间信息壁垒问题,构建一个整体协同的智能运维系统,以提高货运列车的运维效率。
