The invention discloses steel rail hanging tongs which comprise a hawkbill, two fastening bolts, two iron wedges and a hanging block, the longitudinal section of the hawkbill is in an inverted U shape, the hanging block is arranged at the top of the hawkbill, a hanging hole is formed in the top of the hanging block, and wedge grooves are formed in the two sides of the lower portion of the hawkbill. The inner sides of the lower portions of the two iron wedges are inserted into iron wedge grooves in the two sides of the lower portion of the hawkbill respectively, bolt holes are formed in the two sides of the middle of the hawkbill respectively, bolts of the two fastening bolts are in threaded fit with the bolt holes in the two sides of the middle of the hawkbill respectively, and the screw ends of the fastening bolts abut against the inner side walls of the iron wedges. A space formed between the inner side of the hawkbill and the two iron wedges is matched with the upper structure of the steel rail. The invention further discloses an operation method for vertically descending a rail by using the steel rail hanging tongs. The steel rail hanging tongs are simple in structure, reasonable in design, convenient to operate and capable of guaranteeing firmness and reliability of a lifting point, provides guarantee for construction safety, and guarantees safety of steel rail discharging in the operation process of a scattered rail erecting method.

    本发明公开了一种钢轨吊钳,包括铁钳、紧固螺栓、楔铁和吊块,铁钳纵截面形状为倒U字形,吊块设置在铁钳顶部,吊块顶部开有吊孔,紧固螺栓的数量为两个,楔铁的数量为两块,铁钳下部两侧均开有楔铁槽,两块楔铁的下部内侧分别插入铁钳下部两侧的楔铁槽内,铁钳的中部两侧均设置有螺栓孔,两个紧固螺栓的螺栓分别与铁钳中部两侧的螺栓孔螺纹配合,紧固螺栓的螺杆端部顶紧在楔铁的内侧壁上,铁钳的内侧、两块楔铁之间形成的空间与钢轨的上部结构吻合。本发明还公开了一种利用该钢轨吊钳垂直下轨的作业方法。本发明结构简单、设计合理且操作便捷,能保证吊点牢固、可靠,为施工安全提供了保障,保证了“散铺架轨法”作业过程中钢轨下料的安全性。
