The water-cooled engine based on the liquid circulation system comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body, an unmanned aerial vehicle engine and an agent barrel arranged on the unmanned aerial vehicle body, wherein the unmanned aerial vehicle engine comprises a first air cylinder, a second air cylinder and a cylinder body cooling box arranged on the outer side; and a water inlet and a water outlet are formed in the agent barrel. The water-cooled engine based on the liquid circulation system further comprises a water-cooling circulation system, wherein the water-cooling circulation system is communicated with the cylinder body cooling box; and two ends of the water-cooling circulation system are respectively connected with the water inlet and the water outlet. According to the scheme, the special advantages of the plant protection type unmanned aerial vehicle are utilized, the unmanned aerial vehicle body and the unmanned aerial vehicle engine are cooled through the water-cooling circulation system by means of agents stored in the agent barrel, air cooling in the prior art is replaced with water cooling, and a water cooling box in the water-cooling engine is replaced with liquid agents in the agent barrel, so that the cooling efficiency is improved, the load of the plant protection type unmanned aerial vehicle is reduced, and two purposes are achieved.
本发明涉及到一种基于液体循环系统的水冷发动机,包括无人机机身、无人机发动机以及设置在无人机机身上的药剂桶,无人机发动机包括第一气缸、第二气缸以及设置在外侧的缸体冷却箱,药剂桶上设置有与进水口和出水口,还包括与缸体冷却箱连通且两端分别与进水口、出水口连接的水冷环流系统;在本方案中,利用植保型无人机特有的优势,将药剂桶中存放的药剂通过水冷环流系统对无人机机身以及无人机发动机进行降温冷却,利用水冷代替现有技术中的风冷,利用药剂桶中液体药剂代替水冷发动机中的水冷箱,既提高了冷却的效率,又降低了植保型无人机的载重,一举两得。
