The invention relates to an integrated vehicle-mounted oxygen generation system based on a CAN line, particularly belongs to the field of automobile design and manufacturing, and aims to solve the problem of vehicle-mounted oxygen generation based on the CAN line. The vehicle-mounted oxygen generation system based on a CAN line comprises an energy and controller module, an air inlet module, a molecular sieve module and a cab man-machine interaction module. The energy and controller module and the air inlet module are an original vehicle-mounted power assembly, a trip computer and an air inlet system. Wherein the molecular sieve module is used for separating nitrogen and oxygen in the air through a molecular sieve under specific pressure so as to prepare oxygen; and the cab man-machine interaction module comprises a man-machine control panel and an oxygen concentration sensor in a cab. According to the vehicle-mounted oxygen generation system based on the CAN line, a three-party interconnection solution of people, vehicles and oxygen generation equipment is provided, the oxygen release amount and the cab oxygen concentration can be monitored and adjusted in real time on the premise that the normal running working condition of the vehicles is guaranteed, and intelligent control over the oxygen generation equipment is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种基于CAN线的集成式车载制氧系统,更具体地说是属于汽车设计及其制造领域,用以解决基于CAN线的车载制氧问题。一种基于CAN线的车载制氧系统,包括能源与控制器组块、进气组块、分子筛组块、驾驶室人机交互组块。所述的能源与控制器组块和进气组块为原车载动力总成、行车电脑和进气系统;所述的分子筛组块是通过分子筛在特定压强下分离空气中氮气和氧气,进而制取氧气;所述驾驶室人机交互组块为驾驶室内人机控制面板、氧浓度传感器。本发明的一种基于CAN线的车载制氧系统,提供了人、车、制氧设备三方互联的解决方案,可在保证车辆正常行驶工况的前提下,实时监控和调整氧气释放量及驾驶室氧气浓度,实现制氧设备智能化控制。
