The invention discloses a weather-proof steel tower corrosion-resistant layer monitoring unmanned aerial vehicle locking device which comprises two fixing locking devices symmetrically installed on an unmanned aerial vehicle. Each fixing locking device comprise an arm telescopic air cylinder with a directional telescopic function and a pneumatic finger, and a cylinder base of each arm telescopic air cylinder is fixedly connected to the lower side of an unmanned aerial vehicle body. A cylinder rod of the arm telescopic air cylinder is detachably, vertically and fixedly connected with one end of the switching arm, and the other end of the switching arm is fixedly connected to a machine base of the pneumatic finger. The fixing locking device is additionally arranged, thickness measurement can be conveniently carried out after the unmanned aerial vehicle is fixed, measurement is more accurate, vibration generated in the rotating process of wings of the unmanned aerial vehicle is avoided, the two fixing mechanisms are adopted for locking at the same time, the unmanned aerial vehicle is stressed stably, and supporting is stable and reliable; the arm telescopic air cylinder is adopted to transversely expand the width, accordingly, the two fixing locking devices can be fixed to angle steel with different widths, the adaptive capacity is improved, and clamping and fixing can be rapidly achieved through pneumatic fingers.

    本发明公开了一种耐候钢铁塔耐腐蚀层监测无人机锁紧装置,包括固定锁紧装置,固定锁紧装置采用两个,对称安装在无人机上,均包括带定向伸缩功能的手臂伸缩气缸和气动手指,手臂伸缩气缸的缸座固定连接在无人机机体下侧,手臂伸缩气缸的缸杆可拆卸地垂直固定连接转接臂一端,转接臂另一端固定连接在气动手指的机座。本发明加装固定锁紧装置,便于将无人机固定后进行厚度测量,测量更精确,避免了无人机的机翼旋转过程中产生的振动,采用两个固定机构同时锁紧,无人机受力平稳,支撑稳定可靠,采用手臂伸缩气缸横向延展宽度,从而适应两个固定锁紧装置固定在不同宽度的角钢上,提高适应能力,采用气动手指,能够快速实现夹持固定。
