The invention relates to a tire dismounting and mounting cooperative robot which comprises a positioning assembly which comprises a plurality of sleeve connecting shafts arranged in the circumference; a driving assembly which is suitable for being inserted into the tail of at least one sleeve connecting shaft and driving the sleeve connecting shaft to rotate synchronously; an embracing arm assembly which is suitable for embracing the tire after rotation and limiting rotation and carrying of the tire; and a base which is suitable for enabling the positioning assembly to be in a storage state or enabling the circle center of the tire and the circle center of the positioning assembly to be in a horizontal coaxial state to adapt to the axle distance of a vehicle; when the tire needs to be disassembled, the center of the positioning assembly and the center of the tire are located on the same horizontal line through movement of the base, and the embracing arm assembly holds the tire tightly; the positioning assembly can rotate; after the sleeve connecting shafts are in one-to-one correspondence with the corresponding bolts, the sleeve connecting shafts and the bolts are matched one to one through the translation assembly to be positioned; the driving assembly can be matched with the tail portion of the sleeve connecting shaft, so that the sleeve connecting shaft is driven to rotate, the bolt is disassembled from the tire, and automatic disassembly and assembly of the tire are achieved.
