本发明公开了一种轻量化重型载货车车架,包括两个纵梁,所述两个纵梁平行设置,在两个纵梁上都安装有C型加强板、第一L型加强板、第二L型加强板以及飞机梁加强板,在两个纵梁之间从左到右依次安装有第一管状横梁、槽型横梁、第二管状横梁、第三管状横梁、飞机梁、第四管状横梁以及尾梁,所述第一管状横梁、第二管状横梁以及第三管状横梁的两端都安装有塔接加强板,所述塔接加强板安装在纵梁上。本发明该装置通过取消从前到后贯通的整体加强梁,减小横梁数量,增加横梁间距,更换轻量化尾梁,实现车架质量的降低;管状横梁替换槽型横梁,使车架受扭时应力不集中于一点,增加车架整体抗扭性能,允许车架减少安装横梁的数量,实现车架的质量降低。
