The invention discloses a balancing weight energy-saving system for a shore crane. A motor, a reduction gearbox and a lifting winding drum are sequentially in transmission connection, one end of a lifting steel wire rope is wound on the lifting winding drum, the other end of the lifting steel wire rope bypasses a lifting redirection pulley and then extends to a trolley pulley block, and a lifting redirection pulley block is fixedly arranged at one end of a shore crane girder. One end of a balancing weight steel wire rope is wound on the lifting winding drum, the other end of the balancing weight steel wire rope is fixed on a shore crane structure after bypassing the balance movable pulley block, and the winding direction of the balancing weight steel wire rope on the lifting winding drum is opposite to the winding direction of the lifting steel wire rope on the lifting winding drum. The balance movable pulley block is fixedly arranged above a balance weight, and the balance weight can move up and down under the action of the balance weight steel wire rope. Under the condition that the working efficiency of the shore crane is not affected, 25% of energy consumption of the shore crane is saved, meanwhile, the winding system is simple in arrangement, the steel wire rope consumption and the maintenance cost can be saved, and the situation that the strength is reduced due to the fact that a lifting winding drum is too long is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种用于岸桥的平衡重节能系统电机、减速箱和起升卷筒顺次传动连接,起升钢丝绳的一端缠绕于起升卷筒上,起升钢丝绳的另一端绕过起升改向滑轮后延伸向小车滑轮组,起升改向滑轮组固定设置在岸桥大梁的一端。平衡重钢丝绳的一端缠绕于起升卷筒上,另一端绕过平衡动滑轮组后固定于岸桥结构上,且平衡重钢丝绳在起升卷筒上的缠绕方向与起升钢丝绳在起升卷筒上的缠绕方向相反。平衡动滑轮组固定设于平衡重上方,平衡重在平衡重钢丝绳的作用下可上下运动。本发明在不影响岸桥工作效率的情况下,节省了岸桥25%的能耗,同时,本发明的缠绕系统布置简单,能够节省钢丝绳用量和维护成本,避免了起升卷筒过长,导致强度下降。
