The invention belongs to the technical field of elevators, and particularly relates to elevator traction force detection equipment and a detection method thereof. The elevator traction force detection equipment comprises a supporting frame of a frame structure. According to the elevator traction force detection equipment and the detection method thereof, by arranging a guide device, traction wheels under different rope wheel arrangement structures can be measured; by increasing the number of the guide wheels on a horizontal moving device, the wrap angle can be changed, and the balance coefficient can be changed; and the horizontal moving device moves left and right as a whole, the wrap angle phi can be adjusted from 100 DEG to 180 DEG, and the adjustment theory is that the included angle C is changed along with movement of the horizontal moving device, so that the wrap angle phi is changed, the elevator traction force can be detected under the condition of different wrap angles phi or different rope wheel structures, and the problems that an existing detection device is too tedious, the installation process is complex, only one balance coefficient can be detected, and errors are easily generated in the detection process are solved.

    本发明属于电梯技术领域,尤其是一种电梯曳引力检测设备及其检测方法,包括支撑架,所述支撑架为框架结构。该电梯曳引力检测设备及其检测方法,通过设置导向装置,能够测量不同的绳轮布置结构下的曳引轮,通过增加水平移动装置上的导向轮的数量,能够改变包角,能够改变平衡系数,通过水平移动装置整体左右移动,可以实现包角Φ由100°到180°的调整,其调整理论为随着水平移动装置的移动,实现夹角C变化,从而包角Φ发生变化,从而能够检测不同包角Φ或者不同绳轮结构的情况下电梯曳引力的检测,解决了现有的检测装置设备过于繁琐,安装过程复杂,且只能对一种平衡系数进行检测,检测过程容易产生误差的技术问题。
