According to the device, influences of individual differences of the hoisting ropes and individual differences of springs on tension adjustment of the hoisting ropes are eliminated in principle, each rope hitch rod can be independently adjusted in real time according to the tension of the hoisting rope, tension balance is ensured, other parts do not need to be used as a tension adjustment judgment reference, the influence of error operation is eliminated, the working requirement and the working intensity for operators are reduced, and repeated measurement and adjustment are avoided after the elevator is installed and initially adjusted.
本发明公开的一种电梯绳头装置,包括绳头板和若干根曳引绳,每一曳引绳的绳头通过一绳头夹连接一绳头杆,每一绳头杆穿过绳头板,其还包括若干安装在绳头板上的缸筒,缸筒内充有驱动绳头杆运动的介质,绳头杆穿过绳头板后再穿过对应的缸筒被轴向限位;在绳头杆穿过缸筒中的部分固定有一柱塞,所有缸筒上的接口通过连通管道连通。本发明从原理上排除了曳引绳个体差异、弹簧个体差异对曳引绳张力调节的影响,每个绳头杆可以随着曳引绳张力的大小进行独立实时调节,确保张力均衡,不用借助其它部件作为调整张力判定基准,排除误差操作的影响,降低对作业人员的工作要求和工作强度,电梯安装初调好后,不需要重复的测量、调整。
