The invention relates to the technical field of offshore wind power generation equipment, and discloses a novel composite material interlayer buoy, which comprises a center steel structure and a plurality of cabins; wherein the peripheries of the cabins are sealed, the outer walls of the cabins are made of fiber reinforced composite materials, inner cavities of the cabins are filled with light materials, the multiple cabins are bonded to one another to define annular interlayers with the through centers, and the multiple annular interlayers are sequentially distributed in the axial direction of the center steel structure; besides, the inner side of the annular interlayer is adhered to the outer side of the central steel structure. The floating platform has the advantages that the problem of bin breaking stability can be effectively solved; even if the wall of the buoy bin is damaged, excessive buoyancy cannot be lost, and the overall stability of the floating platform cannot be greatly influenced.
