The invention relates to an elevator safety area risk prediction method based on Internet of Things big data. The elevator safety area risk prediction method comprises the following steps that a, risk assessment is conducted on each elevator in an area through a risk assessment model; b, calculating is carried out to obtain a regional risk index score according to a risk assessment result; c, the risk levels of the elevators and the areas are divided according to the risk assessment result and the calculation result of the regional risk index score; and d, early warning is selectively performed according to the division condition of the risk levels. According to the prediction method, the risk levels of the elevators and the areas where the elevators are located can be divided, and therefore convenience is provided for macroscopic regulation and control of a maintenance unit.

    本发明涉及一种基于物联网大数据的电梯安全区域风险预测方法,包括以下步骤:a、利用风险评估模型对区域内每部电梯进行风险评估;b、根据风险评估结果计算得出区域风险指数得分;c、根据风险评估结果和区域风险指数得分的计算结果划分电梯和区域的风险等级;d、根据风险等级的划分情况选择性地进行预警。本发明的预测方法可以实现对电梯及其所处区域的风险等级进行划分,从而为维保单位的宏观调控提供了便捷。
