The invention provides a lane changing device and a lane changing control method. The lane changing device comprises a lane changing assembly, and the lane changing assembly comprises a transversely-arranged guide sleeve, a transversely-arranged guide post, a transverse telescopic mechanism, a guide sleeve telescopic supporting leg and a guide post telescopic supporting leg. The inner side of the guide sleeve sleeves the transversely-arranged guide post. The transverse telescopic mechanism is connected with the guide sleeve and the guide post and used for driving the guide post to stretch out and draw back in the transverse direction relative to the guide sleeve. The guide sleeve telescopic supporting leg is fixed to the end, away from the guide post, of the guide sleeve. The guide post telescopic supporting leg is fixed at one end, far away from the guide sleeve, of the guide post. The guide sleeve telescopic supporting leg and the guide post telescopic supporting leg are used for longitudinally stretching out and drawing back to drive the guide sleeve and the guide post to ascend and descend. The lane changing control method is achieved through the lane changing device. According to the device, stretching in the longitudinal direction, namely lifting, can be achieved, stretching in the transverse direction, namely transverse movement, can also be achieved, and a foundation is provided for achieving rapid lane changing.
