The embodiment of the invention relates to anti-fogging glass, a vehicle and a method for manufacturing the anti-fogging glass. The anti-fogging glass comprises a glass body, an active anti-fogging layer and a passive anti-fogging layer; the glass body is arranged in a single-layer or multi-layer stacking manner; the active anti-fogging layer is arranged on the glass body and is configured to be heated in an electrified state; the passive anti-fogging layer is arranged on the glass body and is configured to inhibit fog from being formed on the passive anti-fogging layer, and the passive anti-fogging layer is a super hydrophobic coating and/or a hydrophilic coating. According to the anti-fogging glass, the vehicle and the method for manufacturing anti-fogging glass of the embodiment of the invention, the active anti-fogging layer and the passive anti-fogging layer are simultaneously arranged on the glass body to prevent fog from being formed. In this way, the anti-fogging function can be achieved to a certain extent through the passive anti-fogging layer in the area, not covered by the active anti-fogging layer, of the glass body; and in addition, in the area where the passive anti-fogging layer cannot provide a needed anti-fogging level, the active anti-fogging layer and the passive anti-fogging layer can provide a better anti-fogging effect together.
