A sealing ring A and a sealing ring B are arranged between the inner flywheel rotating shaft and the outer flywheel rotating shaft and close to the two sides of the inner flywheel respectively. An outer flywheel gear is arranged at one end of the outer flywheel rotating shaft, an outer flywheel brake is arranged at the other end of the outer flywheel rotating shaft, and inner and outer flywheel energy exchange liquid is loaded between the inner flywheel and the outer flywheel and between the inner flywheel blades and the outer flywheel blades; the flywheel prestress acceleratoris simple in structure, huge energy stored by an energy storage flywheel can be effectively converted into push-pull force, and a new way of acceleration of shipboard aircrafts, unmanned aerial vehicles and the like is achieved.

    本发明提出一种飞轮预应力加速器,包括内飞轮与外飞轮,所述内飞轮设于外飞轮的内部,内飞轮边缘设有内飞轮叶片,外飞轮边缘内侧设有外飞轮叶片,所述内飞轮与外飞轮的垂直方向分别设有内飞轮转轴与外飞轮转轴,所述内飞轮转轴与外飞轮转轴之间靠近内飞轮的两侧分别设有密封环A与密封环B;所述外飞轮转轴的一端设有外飞轮齿轮,另一端设有外飞轮制动器,所述内飞轮与外飞轮、内飞轮叶片与外飞轮叶片之间注满内外飞轮能量交换液;本发明结构简单,能有效的将储能飞轮储存巨大的能量转换为推拉力,实现舰载机、无人机等加速的新途径。
