The invention discloses a barrel type carrying sleeve locking type four-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle. A longitudinal structure layout mode is adopted, the unmanned aerial vehicle is divided into a control cabin, four power arms and a power supply and load cabin from top to bottom, and in a folded state, the four power arms in the middle are folded downwards and abut against the power supply and load cabin at the tail, so that the unmanned aerial vehicle is longitudinally distributed in a long and thin mode, and the radial size of a barrel type carrier is reduced; meanwhile, a light and handy folding and unfolding mechanism is designed, a torsional spring serves as a power source to drive the power arms to be unfolded, the power arms are tensioned in a follow-up mode through three connecting rods to achieve limiting, and a compression spring drives a sleeve to tightly sleeve the three connecting rods so that the three connecting rods can not be bent to achieve locking. According to the limiting mode, plastic deformation and impact deformation of the power arms under impact overload can be effectively reduced and avoided while the structural strength of the folding mechanism is not increased, the power arms and the three connecting rods can be nested in each other in the folding state, the size space occupied by the folding mechanism is reduced, the space utilization rate is increased, and the requirement of barrel type carrying can be met.

    本发明公开了一种筒式运载的套筒锁紧式四旋翼无人飞行器。采用纵向结构布局方式,由上至下分为控制舱、四个动力臂、电源及载荷舱,折叠状态下,中间四个动力臂向下折叠收拢,紧靠尾部电源及载荷舱,使无人机呈“细长型”纵向分布,减小并缩小了筒式运载器的径向尺寸;同时,设计了一种轻巧的折叠展开机构,该机构以扭簧作为动力源驱动动力臂展开,以三连杆随动绷直拉紧动力臂实现限位,以压簧驱动套筒套紧三连杆使其不能弯折实现锁紧,该限位方式能在不增加折叠机构结构强度的同时有效减小和避免动力臂在冲击过载下的塑性变形和冲击变形,且折叠状态下动力臂和三连杆可相互嵌套,减小折叠机构占用尺寸空间,提升空间利用率,能满足筒式运载的要求。
