The invention discloses a monitoring control system for an anti-falling bolt of a luffing head of a luffing jib tower crane. The monitoring control system comprises a bolt looseness monitoring part and a clearance compensation control part; the bolt looseness monitoring part comprises a PZT gasket, a receiver, a display and a wire; the clearance compensation control part comprises a controller, an alarm, a PZT shaft spacer bush and a wire; the PZT gasket has a direct piezoelectric effect and is a sensor for monitoring the looseness of the bolt, and when the bolt is loosened, an electric signal is generated due to pressure changes, and the looseness of the bolt is monitored; and the PZT shaft spacer bush serves as an actuator for compensation when the bolt is loosened and has a negative piezoelectric effect, when a monitoring signal is smaller than a compensation threshold value, the controller can generate an electric signal to act on the PZT shaft spacer bush, and the PZT shaft spacer bush extends to compensate an on-shaft assembly gap generated by loosening of the bolt. By means of the monitoring control system, the bolt state can be monitored in real time, the on-shaft assembly gap can be compensated when the bolt is loosened, and aggravation of structural deformation caused by bolt loosening is avoided.
本发明公开了一种动臂塔式起重机变幅笼头防脱螺栓的监测控制系统,系统包括螺栓松动监测部分以及间隙补偿控制部分;螺栓松动监测部分包括PZT垫圈、接收器、显示器以及导线;所述间隙补偿控制部分包括控制器、报警器、PZT轴隔套以及导线;PZT垫圈具有正压电效应,为监测螺栓松动的传感器,在螺栓松动时,由于压力变化产生电信号,监测螺栓松动;PZT轴隔套作为螺栓松动时进行补偿的执行器,具有负压电效应,当监测信号小于补偿阈值时,控制器会产生电信号作用到PZT轴隔套上,PZT轴隔套伸长,补偿螺栓松动产生的轴上组件间隙。本发明实现螺栓状态的实时监测,还能够在螺栓松动时补偿轴上组件的间隙,避免因螺栓松动造成的结构变形的加剧。
