The invention provides a low-noise and high-slippery-performance tire which comprises a tread pattern, the tread pattern comprises a pattern groove, and scale-shaped concave-convex structures are arranged on the two side walls of the pattern groove respectively. By adding the scaly concave-convex structures on the pattern groove walls, the flowing characteristic of external airflow in the pattern grooves is interfered, noise generated by movement of air in the pattern grooves, especially longitudinal pattern grooves is reduced, meanwhile, the pressure of the pattern groove walls and fluid is increased through the design of the scaly concave-convex grooves, and the flow speed of the fluid is increased; therefore, the drainage performance of the product is improved, and demolding is facilitated.
