The invention discloses hoisting equipment and method for tunnel construction. The hoisting equipment comprises a first bottom plate, a second bottom plate, a control electric box, a mounting pipe and an electric push rod, wherein the control electric box is fixedly arranged at one end of the first bottom plate and one end of the second bottom plate through bolts; the ends, away from the control electric box, of the first bottom plate and the second bottom plate are fixedly provided with gear motors through bolts. A steel wire rope is movably connected with a hoisting plate, specifically, the steel wire rope can be quickly connected with or detached from the hoisting plate through a lock catch, and when materials are hoisted, the hoisting plate is directly detached, placed at the bottom of the construction materials and then connected with the hoisting plate through the lock catch, after the construction materials are hoisted and transported to the proper position in a tunnel, the steel wire rope can be separated from the hoisting plate again, then the hoisting plate is pulled out, and the materials can be unloaded, so that in the process, manual or mechanical feeding or discharging is not needed, time and labor are saved, use is convenient, and the working efficiency can be improved.
本发明公开了隧道施工用吊装设备及方法,包括第一底板、第二底板、控制电箱、安装管和电动推杆,所述第一底板和第二底板的一端通过螺栓固定安装有控制电箱,所述第一底板和第二底板远离控制电箱的一端通过螺栓固定安装有减速电机;本发明的钢丝绳与吊装板为活动式连接,即钢丝绳通过锁扣可以快速的与吊装板进行连接或者拆卸,在吊装材料时,直接拆卸吊装板,放入到施工材料的底部,然后再通过锁扣与吊装板连接,然后将施工材料吊装运输到隧道内部的合适位置处后,可以再次将钢丝绳与吊装板分离,然后抽出吊装板,即可对材料进行卸载,因此,在此过程中,无需人工手动或者机械进行上料或者卸料,省时省力,便于使用,而且也可提高工作效率。
