The invention discloses a dynamic collaborative sorting method for departure flights. The method specifically comprises the following steps of: 1, respectively establishing departure flight collaborative sorting models aiming at different traffic states of an airport; 2, acquiring a to-be-sorted departure flight list of a to-be-sorted time period through adopting a dynamic method, and judging a traffic state of the airport in the to-be-sorted time period; and 3, inputting the to-be-sorted departure flight list obtained in the step 2 into the departure flight collaborative sorting model corresponding to the traffic state of the airport in the to-be-sorted period, and solving the departure flight collaborative sorting model to obtain a flight sequence. The invention provides the method for realizing the dynamic collaborative sorting of the departure flights, and the method accords with a collaborative decision-making idea, comprehensively considers the benefit requirements of three parties, namely a control unit, an airline company and an airport, can perform optimized sorting on the departure flights, ensures the dynamics of flight sorting, remarkably reduces the flight delay, and effectively improves the fairness.

    本发明公开了一种离场航班动态协同排序方法,具体包括以下步骤:步骤1:针对机场不同的交通状态,分别建立离场航班协同排序模型;步骤2:通过动态方法获取待排序时段的待排序离场航班列表;并判断待排序时段机场交通状态;步骤3:将步骤2获取的待排序离场航班列表输入待排序时段机场交通状态对应的离场航班协同排序模型,求解离场航班协同排序模型,得到航班排序。本发明为实现离场航班动态协同排序提供一种方法,该方法契合协同决策理念,综合考虑管制单位、航空公司和机场三方的利益需求,可对离场航班进行优化排序,保证航班排序的动态性、显著减少航班延误、有效提升公平性。
