The invention discloses a novel transmission shaft with an autonomous vibration exciter, which belongs to the technical field of transmission shafts. The novel transmission shaft comprises a frame, and a gearbox is fixedly mounted on one side of the bottom of the frame. Through a first sliding rail, a first sliding block and a telescopic rod, when a user uses the device and meets bumpy roads, a vehicle jolts, at the moment, rear wheels of the vehicle can drive a rear axle to vibrate, vibration of the rear axle can drive the rear axle to vibrate, movement of the rear axle can drive a pipe body to move, movement of the pipe body can drive a shell to move, movement of the shell can drive the telescopic rod to move through a mounting plate, and movement of the telescopic rod drives the first sliding block at the top of the telescopic rod to slide in an inner cavity of the first sliding rail, therefore, the vibration exciter and the rear axle are ensured to always form a fixed angle, and the problems that when the vibration exciter and the transmission shaft are installed, the situation that the transmission shaft is driven to move due to shock absorption in the running process is not considered, the distance of the vibration exciter sensing the transmission shaft deviates, and consequently the sensing result is wrong, and overall judgment is affected are solved.

    本发明公开了带自主激振器的新型传动轴,属于传动轴技术领域,包括车架,车架底部的一侧固定安装有变速箱,本发明通过第一滑轨、第一滑块和伸缩杆的设置,使用者使用本装置遇到坑洼不平的道路时车辆会产生颠簸,此时车辆的后轮会带动后桥震动,后桥的震动会带动后轴震动,后轴的移动会带动管体移动,管体的移动会带动壳体移动,壳体的移动会通过安装板带动伸缩杆移动,伸缩杆的移动带动其顶部的第一滑块在第一滑轨的内腔滑动,从而保证激振器始终与后轴呈固定角度,避免激振器在与传动轴安装时没有考虑到在行驶的过程中由于减震带动传动轴移动的情况,这样激振器感应传动轴的距离就会出现偏差,从而导致感应结果出现错误,影响整体判断的问题。
