The invention relates to a composite heatable sealing profile and a preparation method thereof. The sealing profile is matched with a sealing tape mounting clamping groove of a cabin door and comprises an inner-layer silicone rubber base body and an outer-layer polyester fabric reinforcing layer wrapping the inner-layer silicone rubber base body, and a hollow sealing extrusion cavity is formed in the inner-layer silicone rubber base body; a heating rubber layer is arranged in the inner-layer silicon rubber base body and at the position of a sealing contact surface of the profile, is of a strip-shaped structure and is connected with an external power supply; the section of the sealing profile is Q-shaped, omega-shaped or U-shaped; and the heating rubber layer is prepared from the following raw material components: a silicon rubber base material, a conductive carbon black filler, a flame retardant, a carbon nanotube and other auxiliaries. The sealing tape solves the problem that in the prior art, an airplane cabin door sealing tape cannot effectively prevent ice and remove ice.

    本发明涉及一种复合可加热型密封型材及其制备方法,密封型材与舱门的密封带安装卡槽配合,包括内层硅橡胶基体和包覆在内层硅橡胶基体外部的外层涤纶织物增强层,内层硅橡胶基体内部构成中空的密封挤压腔,在内层硅橡胶基体内、型材的密封接触面位置设置加热橡胶层,所述加热橡胶层为条形结构,加热橡胶层与外部电源连接;密封型材的截面为Q字形、Ω字形或者凹字形;加热橡胶层的制造原料组分包括:硅橡胶基材、导电碳黑填料、阻燃剂、碳纳米管和其他助剂。本发明密封带解决了现有技术中飞机舱门密封带无法有效防冰和除冰的问题。
