The invention provides a compressor unit that comprises a first reciprocating compressor, a second reciprocating compressor and a control part; the first reciprocating compressor includes a first pressure adjustment valve, a first discharge pressure detection unit, and a first supply pressure detection unit; the second reciprocating compressor including a second pressure adjustment valve, a second discharge pressure detection unit, and a second supply pressure detection unit; the control part determines whether or not the pressure detected by the first discharge pressure detection unit and the second discharge pressure detection unit converges within a predetermined range. When the detected pressure falls within the specified range, the opening degree of the first pressure adjustment valve and the opening degree of the second pressure adjustment valve are adjusted, so that the detected pressure of the first supply pressure detection unit and the second supply pressure detection unit approach the pressure value required by the other demand side. Therefore, the target gas can be prevented from becoming high in pressure on the gas leading-out path from the plurality of reciprocating compressors to the demand side.
