The invention relates to an inertial measurement assembly, a flight control inertial measurement assembly and an aircraft. The inertial measurement assembly comprises a substrate; an inertial measurement module, which is arranged on the substrate and is used for measuring inertial parameters of a moving object; and a thermoelectric refrigerating unit, which is in heat conduction connection with the inertial measurement module and is switched between a refrigerating working condition and a heating working condition by changing the current direction of the thermoelectric refrigerating unit, wherein in the refrigerating working condition, one end, close to the inertial measurement module, of the thermoelectric refrigerating unit is a cold end used for absorbing heat of the inertial measurement module, and in the heating working condition, one end, close to the inertial measurement module, of the thermoelectric refrigerating unit is a hot end so as to provide heat for the inertial measurement module. According to the technical scheme, the measurement accuracy and reliability of the inertial measurement assembly can be improved.
