The invention discloses a method for predicting the traffic safety state of an expressway interleaving area. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring expressway interleaving area information required by research; acquiring accident data in the interlaced research area; acquiring traffic flow data before an accident occurs in the interlaced area; acquiring traffic flow data of a non-accident sample; establishing a convolutional neural network to extract traffic flow spatial-temporal characteristics of accident and non-accident samples; traffic safety state division being realized by using a clustering algorithm; carrying out traffic safety state danger grade division; establishing a convolutional neural network to train a traffic safety state prediction model; and predicting a real-time traffic safety state. According to the method, safety-oriented traffic flow state division is realized by using a deep learning algorithm, the influence of each traffic state on accident risks is quantitatively analyzed, a traffic safety state prediction model is established, the traffic flow operation state of the expressway interleaving area is monitored in real time, and the traffic flow operation of the expressway interleaving area is improved. And a certain theoretical basis is provided for reducing traffic accidents.

    本发明公开了一种高速公路交织区交通安全状态预测方法,包括:获取研究所需的高速公路交织区信息;获取交织区研究区域内的事故数据;获取交织区事故发生前的交通流数据;获取非事故样本的交通流数据;建立卷积神经网络提取事故和非事故样本的交通流时空特征;利用聚类算法实现交通安全状态划分;交通安全状态危险等级划分;建立卷积神经网络进行交通安全状态预测模型训练;实时交通安全状态预测。该方法利用深度学习算法实现安全为导向的交通流状态划分,定量分析各交通状态对事故风险的影响,建立交通安全状态预测模型,实时监测高速公路交织区交通流运行状态,为改善高速公路交织区交通流运行,减少交通事故的发生提供一定的理论基础。
